BEACH HOUSE_Whangamatā provides short term beach house & apartment accommodation for the ultimate holidays in the Coromandel.
Our goal is "to make BEACH HOUSE_Whangamatā the ultimate beach get away for your family and ours".
The town of Whangamatā is on the southeast coast of the Coromandel Peninsula in the North Island of New Zealand. It is located 30 kilometres north of Waihi, to the north of the western extremity of the Bay of Plenty. Auckland Airport is a 2 hour drive,
Hamilton is 1.5 hours and Pauanui is 30minutes away.
BEACH HOUSE_Whangamatā sits alongside the harbour with the water 100m to the north.
The marina is 700m away, the boat ramp is 450m to the west, the wharf 500m to the east and town 850m to the south.
The BEACH HOUSE_Whangamatā features exclusive use,
so any guests who book the Beach House or Apartment will know the other area won't be booked by an unrelated group, and that they have the option to add the Apartment or Beach House to their booking, or can do this prior to booking via the
BEACH HOUSE_Whangamata (MAX) listing.
If you require more space, check out BEACH HOUSE_Whangamata (MAX) Listing HANZ 9760676, which combined the Beach House with the Apartment. The Garage is excluded, unless agreed prior.

ACCOMMODATION
The Beach House consists of three bedrooms over the upper two floors and sleeps 6 - 8 guests.
The Apartment is self contained and on the ground floor. The bedroom plus 4-6 guests.
The Beach House & Apartment can be combined to become
Beach House MAX, which suits for 10 - 14 guests

The kids loved the luxury cinema style set-up for winding down after a full day on the beautiful beach. Brad, the owner, was very friendly and generous with extra treats and a welcome gift. The towels and linen were of great quality and beds were comfy. Cooking was easy with the Weber BBQ.

THINGS TO DO
Go to the Beach
Head down to the Whangamatā Surf Club for a swim at the best beach in the Coromandel
Beach Road Reserve
Take a swim in the water or stroll along the beach from the reserve at the end of the road
Bombs of the Wharf
Do some mean bombs off the wharf at mid to high tide or swim out to the pontoon or do some fishing
Take the Boat Out
Launch the boat from the public boat ramp 700m to the west and drop the trailer back at the house
Walk to Town
For food, coffee or shopping
Surfing Lesson
Take surfing lessons at the beach
Mountain Biking
Head to Whangamata Mountain Bike Park, just five minutes away up SH25
Lookout Bush Walk
Take a bush walk and take in the view Whangamatā from the Peninsula Road Scenic Reserve
Watch the Sunrise
Grab a coffee at Georgia's at the end of Hunt Road at the Beach Reserve and watch the sun come up
